If it is an extension to an existing property or building a house from foundations to roof, we can manage the job from start to finish, to exact specifications you require as long as they are within building regulations of course.
We have years of experience with building inspectors, Architects and local councils, so we can guide you through all the stages that you are going to go through to Build or Extend your property.
At GRM we are on hand 24hrs a day there is always someone on the end of the telephone to take the stress away from both the build, and more importantly you the client. We guarantee that there will always be someone on site from start to completion, which means no leaving you for days on end with nobody working on site, we do this by not stretching ourselves by having too many jobs running that we cannot manage them efficiently. That way your work and property has supervision at all times, as security for the clients property is of the utmost importance to us so giving you peace of mind.
We have our own Plumbers, Electricians, Window Fitters, Carpenters, Ground Workers, Plasterers, Kitchen Fitters and last but not least Roofers. All our tradesmen have all the relevant certificates required by law, and have worked with us for many years, all of our tradesmen’s work is to the highest possible standard.
If at any time you would like to see any of our work that has been carried out that is not a problem and you can get to talk to people that have been through what you are about to take on.
Our experience spans over 30 years as an inherited family business. We also have experience in heritage listed building works.
We also do all insurance work, and small building and maintenance work.
